Yes. Our OTs are either registered with Atlantic Occupational Therapy regulators (NLOTB, PEICOT, NBAOT, NSOTR) or in provinces that have interprovincial agreements allowing them to provide telehealth servies to clients in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland & Labrador.

We adapt. Sessions can be shorter, camera-off, or low-demand. We support you as needed.

Extended health benefits are the most common and accessible option. We provide receipts for reimbursement. Each Atlantic province also has disability support programs (DSP in NS and NB, AccessAbility Supports in PEI, Direct Home Services in NL), though eligibility and coverage vary. Workplace disability or return-to-work programs may also cover OT, and employed or self-employed Autistics disclosed as such at work, may be eligible for funding through Everyday OT.

Autism support for adults in Atlantic Canada refers to specialized services like Everyday OT's virtual occupational therapy designed for Autistic adults living in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland & Labrador. Adult Autism services in Atlantic Canada are extremely limited, with most pediatric supports ending by age 18 and few providers outside Halifax understanding neurodivergence. Telehealth-based OT bridges this gap, offering late-diagnosed adults, burned-out professionals, and rural residents access to affirming support for self-understanding, self-advocacy, burnout recovery, executive functioning, sensory processing, workplace accommodations, and daily living skills regardless of geographic location.
