Careers at Everyday OT

We hire for fit, not just experience. The way you think about neurodivergent clients matters more than how many years you’ve been practising. If you’re newer to neuroaffirming work, we provide internal mentorship and hands-on training to help you grow.

All positions begin part-time. This is intentional. Our clients trust us with sensitive, vulnerable and historically misunderstood parts of their lives. We’ve found this is the best way to protect them while also giving new team members space to learn our approach without pressure. For clinicians who show strong fit and safe, values-aligned practice, caseloads grow from there.
