Occupational Therapy can support a wide range of goals, especially
when sessions take place in your home or community. We help with
real-life skills like grocery shopping, transit training, cooking,
organization and household routinesβright where they happen. For
PDAers and others who benefit from low-demand, play-based approaches,
we prioritize relationship and flexibility. We also support sensory
environment setups, burnout recovery, executive functioning, unmasking,
and navigating self-care, emotions, relationships, workplace
accommodations, and more! Sessions are tailored to your unique needs
and priorities.

In-person sessions are best for young children who benefit from
play-based interaction or for late-teen and adult clients working
on daily life skills like meal management, household routines, or navigating transit and
community spaces. For most other goalsβlike sensory supports,
executive functioning, caregiver coaching, burnout recovery, diagnosis exploration,
or social communicationβπ telehealth OT is just as effective.
We've designed our virtual care model to be flexible, accessible, and often more affordable
since it doesnβt include travel fees. Weβll help you choose the right
format based on your needs.
Yesβtravel and mileage fees apply for all home and community-based
sessions. These fees help cover the therapistβs time away from online
and in-clinic work and vehicle costs involved in reaching you. We do
our best to group clients geographically and split regional travel
fees whenever possible to help reduce costs. Cost estimates can be
provided during your Discovery Call once we know your location and which
clinician(s) we're most likely to pair you with.
