Autism Sleep Consulting

Get Some Rest -->

Because you deserve more than 3hrs sleep and a cold coffee!

Better Autistic sleep support isn't just about bedtime.

Clinician Consultants Who Are Autism-Informed

Our OT-led approach meets sleep complexity with the depth it deserves. Built on clinical expertise in neurodevelopment, family systems, and attachment.

Beyond Your Basic Bedtime Routines

Sleep isn’t a behaviour to correct. It’s a complex interaction of sensory processing, nervous system regulation, connection, and environmental cues.

High-Touch Point Coaching

More access, ongoing contact, and a therapist who’s there when you need them. It’s flexible, relationship-based support designed around your life, not the clock or hourly billables.

Billable to Autism Funding, At-Home Program, and DLs

As registered OTs, our sleep services are billable to major funding sources, something most private consultants don't offer.

Our Sleep Consultants Are Parents

Been there and awake for that too. No childless fresh grads handing out rigid sleep plans. Accessible, step-by-step advice rooted in empathy for real-life exhaustion.

JFE Form Support for Sleep Tools

Need a white noise machine, weighted blanket, or sensory canopy? We’ll handle the JFE and clinical signature needed to submit your sleep tools for coverage.

FAQs

The 3-month package rate covers everything — sessions, planning, messaging, behind-the-scenes support and collaboration with you. It's a flat, all-inclusive model designed to give your family consistent access and support without hourly limits or suprise fees. Because it's billed as Occupational Therapy, it's eligible for most funders and extended health plans with OT coverage.

It can look like a big number upfront, but it’s actually about the same as weekly OT when you break it down. Most families pay ~$720 per month for 4 weekly sessions — this plan gives you on average 10+ hours of OT support each month, which works out to roughly half the usual hourly OT rate. You get more access, flexibility, and continuity of care — all without extra fees or clock-watching.

Yes. The program is billable to Autism Funding, At-Home Program, and Distributed/Homeschool Learning with approved RTPs. It is eligible for extended health coverage under Occupational Therapy.

Typically weekly virtual meetings. Additional communication between sessions is usually via email or text messaging, and sometimes up to multiple times a day. This will vary thorughout the program, with some phases requiring more frequent communication. The clinician's low caseload allows for high-touch programming to meet families where they are at.

Yes! That's what makes this model high-touch. You'll have direct access to your OT between sessions for guidance and troubleshooting.

Most families work with us for 3 months, but this is highly dependent on family needs and goals. The timeline is always adjusted to your specific situation. The goal is to build sustainable family routines.

That's okay. This support can complement your current therapy team. We focus specifically on sleep and collaborate with other providers if needed.

Right now, we work with caregivers of kids aged 8-15yo.

Absolutely. We encourage key caregivers to participate so everyone feels engaged in building and confident supporting the plan.

You'll receive an email from one of our team members, who will offer a free Discovery Call to ensure fit. If you decide to proceed, we'll guide you through completing an intake and setting up funding (if applicable). Your OT will then begin scheduling services.

We know life isn’t always predictable. A 3-month commitment helps ensure you get the full benefit of therapy, but we also expect things like illness, travel, or changing routines. These can be built right into your plan. If you’re unsure about timing, your therapist can help decide whether to start now or hold your space on the waitlist until it feels right.
